ADF kept looking back through the 2007 season
Byron Woods trashes ADF. He does that a lot anyway, but this time I think he is on the right track. He points out that ADF as no real national significance since all they do is present “the Old Guard.” They try to bring in some ‘new cutting edge’ Argentines or Russians or whatever, but it’s a sham. ADF is like the Good Ol’ Boys Club of dance. The season is like a reunion of Charles Reinhart’s friends. It’s the same people and companies year after year more because they are personal friend’s of “Charlie” than because they have anything worth performing.
Way to go Byron, criticism justly placed. I hope Charles and Jodee listen to you.
