Using Dance Blogs to Reach Beyond Traditional Dance Audiences
I’m not sure that I buy this. I don’t think blogs reach beyond the super dedicated dance devotee. You read blogs about things that you already have a strong interest in rather than stumbling across a blog and finding a new interest in dance. Blogs aren’t a very good entry point because they are written for such a niche audience. It’s hard to get interested in a blog that is about the subtleties of dance if you’re not already highly interested in dance.
